We are based in Scotland.
Where do you source your products?
We source all our products from UK suppliers and small businesses. We are working hard to collaborate with more small and local business and will continue to add to our collections throughout 2021.
Can you ship to my country?
We are currently only able to ship to mainland UK however if you require something special sent outwith the UK please get in touch via emailing email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware shipping outwith the UK would incur additional costs.
How much is delivery?
Delivery rates vary depending on your order total. Orders under £10.00 incur a delivery fee of £1.99. Orders £10.00 - £60.00 incur a delivery fee of £3.75. Orders over £60.00 are delivered free of charge.
Can I return something if I'm not happy with it on arrival?
Of course! If something does not meet your expectations (which we are sure won't happen), simply let us know within 28 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then give you instructions as to how to return your item(s) to us. You will then be issued with a full refund. Unfortunately, as a small business we are currently unable to offer free returns.
Can I sell my products through your website?
If you are a creator or artist of homewares and are interested in collaborating then please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to discuss this option with you.
